What We Believe - Our Priorities

Jesus Is Lord

The Bible

We are committed to the regular systematic teaching and application of the Bible.
We believe that the Bible is the inspired word of God and Bible teaching is central to our main activities.

Prayer

We believe in the power of prayer. We meet regularly to pray for the Holy Spirit to make the message of the Bible effective in the lives of believers and non-believers alike.

Worship

We love to worship God together, enjoying singing hymns and songs old and new.
We enjoy reverent and joyful praise of our God and aim to see that joy overflow into the worship of God with our whole lives during the week.

Fellowship

We are committed to loving, caring, supporting, encouraging and praying for one another. We encourage all members to meet regularly and take an active part in the life of the church. We are a church family, a place where you could belong.

We are also pleased to have fellowship and work together with other Bible believing, gospel churches.

Witness

We believe that we have been entrusted good news to share with our family, friends, neighbours and colleagues. We are a part of our local community and reach out into the community in various ways.

Mission

We actively support by prayer and giving Christian mission in our neighbourhood and more widely in the UK and overseas. We support The Northern Inter Schools Christian Union, The Gideons, and The Barnabas Fund.
